Keccak256 hasher for outer tree nodes.

Implements Solidity-compatible hashing with special handling for leaves:

  • Leaf nodes: Pass-through (no additional hashing) because inner tree roots are already Keccak256 hashes. Adding another hash layer would break compatibility.
  • Internal nodes: Standard keccak256(left || right) of concatenated children, matching Solidity’s abi.encodePacked + keccak256.

This ensures that proofs generated here can be verified on-chain using the RewardClaim contract’s merkle verification logic.
